Visiting Moreno Valley
The Tranquil city of Moreno Valley is nestled in Riverside county. The city’s landmark is the unique Box Spring Mountain and it can be viewed from anywhere in the city. The South side of the mountain features a large M on it and on the western side is a yellow C. Box Spring Mountain has 15 miles of trails just waiting to be explored and is just a little over 1,100 acres. The trails can be hiked with friends, family and pets.

Moreno Valley is 9.5 miles away from the beautiful Lake Perris. Lake Perris has a variety of trails for biking, horseback riding and hiking. The whole family can swim or scuba dive at either Moreno Beach or Perris Beach. Lake Perris is also a great place to take a relaxing fishing trip. The Lake Perris Museum is another great tourist attraction. The museum features an extensive amount of Native American history from various Southern California tribes.

Moreno Valley is conveniently located only 26 miles away from the Morongo Casino Resort and Spa and the San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino. The city is also only 23 miles from the Soboba Casino. Another great place to visit is the March Field Air Museum located only 8.9 miles from the center of the city. The museum has guided tours with over 70 aircrafts to see.
